You must know that we cannot guarantee how long our rdps will last because they are hacked, not created.

RDPS WIN 2008 are faster than RDPS WIN 2003 they usually have a better processor and RAM memory meaning a faster movement of your programs on it.
Also if you need to move something inside the rdp on WIN 2008 you can copy-paste directly from your pc while on WIN 2003 you need to use the browser to do that.
On RDPS WIN 2008 you won't encounter problems at login like on RDPS WIN 2003 ( terminal server has exceed the maximum number of allowed connections ).
Anyway after all from our point of view RDPS WIN 2008 are better and faster than RDPS WIN 2003, but now everybody have his own preferences.
- if the rdp username/password is bad ( and we advise our customers to try it twice before complaining and also try all DOMAIN LISTED AT LOG ON: )
- if the rdp not connect at all.

- if the domain of the cpanel/c99 shell is closed at the moment you bought it ;
- if the domain of the cpanel/c99 shell can't be found by your browser ( but we suggest first to check your internet connection browsing other sites and after that check it again and also to try it in different browsers ) ;
- if the username or password of the cpanel/c99 shell is wrong .
FOR ANY OTHER REASONS WE DENY THE REQUESTS FOR REPLACEMENTS.
